Awards, Distinctive, Impressive, Notable
Originally known as The Dominguez-Wilshire Building, 5410 Wilshire was built in 1931 by a star-studded cast of well-known architects and developers. It was immediately regarded (and still is) as the jewel of Wilshire Boulevard’s Miracle Mile. After many years of neglect, Carnegie Hill Properties took ownership of the building and immediately began drafting plans for a full-scale restoration project.
In 2000, the Los Angeles Conservancy honored 5410 Wilshire with the prestigious Preservation Award for the meticulous craftsmanship and authentic restoration of one of Los Angeles’ most notable Art Deco buildings. The project has set a design standard for the Miracle Mile and serves as an inspiring example of private enterprise in historic preservation.
With a passion for distinctive architecture and an eye for detail, Carnegie Hill Properties is dedicated to preserving the historic charm of our luxury residential and commercial buildings. 5410 WILSHIRE
